- Take 4th St east, then turn left onto Madison Ave. Turn right onto 19th St, and right before you reach Boise Ave, turn left into our parking lot. We’re at 1907 N Boise Ave STE 4.
- You could instead take 4th St all the way to Boise Ave and head north. Turn left at 19th St and then immediately right into our parking lot.

Loveland, Colorado, boasts a fascinating history that began in 1858 when Mariano Medina established Fort Namaqua, the area’s first settlement. This trading post and stage station, located at what is now Namaqua Park, attracted French fur trappers as early as the late 1700s. The city of Loveland was officially founded in 1877 along the Colorado Central Railroad near the Big Thompson River and named in honor of William A.H. Loveland, the railroad’s president. The new town developed from a small settlement called St. Louis, whose buildings were relocated to create the foundation of today’s thriving city.
For many decades, Loveland flourished as an agricultural hub, with sugar beets and sour cherries serving as its primary crops. The establishment of the Great Western Sugar Company factory in 1901 brought significant industrial employment to the area, operating until its closure in 1977.
